Emperor Francis is large heart shape high quality sweet cherry. It was very well known in France and England, but the origin is not known. It has yellowish white color similar to the Napoleon, but it has more red blush. The fruit has outstanding flavor and it is less subject to cracking. The tree is reliably productive and hardy. It considers one of the best main crop sweet cherry variety. It ripens late and grows zones 5-8.
