Order and Shipping Policy
Trees and your happiness matter to us, which is why we want the trees to arrive safely at the proper time for planting. After you place your order we will let you know the estimated shipping date and ship the trees during the proper time for planting in your area, usually spring or fall. If you would like us to ship your order at a different time, please contact us. Our policy is to fill orders exactly as they are received. If we sell out of a particular variety, we reserve the right to substitute a similar one of equal or greater value. If you do not wish to receive a substitute item with your order, please let us know.
We receive cash and check (paying through credit cards make your order more expensive). Orders that are placed online, over the phone, or by mail will be released for shipping once payment in full is received by check or cash. If payment is not received within 30 days of placing the order, the order will be canceled. If you are not happy with the trees or if there is any damage that was caused by us, please contact us and we will either send a substitute or make a refund.
